As far as motels go, it was a decent experience. When you ask for a room, you're given options regarding how many beds and smoking preference. I took a two person non smoking room with single king size bed. The room, including bathroom, was clean. The A/C was fully functional and the CRT in the room had an ample amount of channels. There are two parking lots each allowing easy access to the rooms and main office. The people at the front desk are all business but easy to talk to. This motel is right off exit 59 of CT-15.
My experience is and was good Dave and his staff have been really good to me he knows me very well my name is Gerald Smith I last i had room 145 been staying there off and on wish they could rent a room out to a loyal customer i enjoy it there wish i could stay here i recently had room 120 i would love to talk to the owner about renting
Def a cheAp hotel. And the guys working here are pretty cool. I mean it's not the most up to date. But when ur funds r low. This is the spot. Hot showers heat and ac. Work good. This whole lit area is scetchy at night. But other than that not a place to bring wifey but a place to go when u break up. Not that bad. But it's not the Hilton that's forsure but 60 bucks a night u cant complain
This place is meant for a quick place to sleep, and it does the job it close to downtown New Haven but no where near in the heart of downtown, all the people in the office are really nice helpful, my key stopped working and they were happy to replace it for me. There are a couple quick places near by and overall does the job its supposed to fulfill, and seemed better than anything close within the area.
The motel is with the new management! Amazing staff, the rooms have been renovated and looks amazing now! The owner is very generous, supportive and smart!
